NewEngland Deflators benefited from 26.04 points from Aaron Rodgers and 15.00 from Stephen Gostkowski to get the win over Liberty City Outlaws 77.28 to 73.10. Liberty City Outlaws is starting to unravel after losing their fourth in a row. Ezekiel Elliott led Liberty City Outlaws with 17.67 points while Matthew Stafford racked up 11.16. NewEngland Deflators (3-2, 422.51 points) climbs into fourth place and Liberty City Outlaws (1-4, 421.52 points) stays locked in the cellar.

Millennium Falcons Stuns Forte Shades of Jay for Fourth Consecutive Win

Millennium Falcons, with “Eye of the Tiger” playing in the background, logged the highest score they’ve earned all season and defeated Forte Shades of Jay 109.13 to 93.72, overcoming a 10.59-point spread. Millennium Falcons has built consistency and is on a four-game win streak. Leading Forte Shades of Jay, T.Y. Hilton (24.80 points) and Adam Vinatieri (18.00) both ranked highly overall for the week. Forte Shades of Jay (2-3, 476.25 points) drops to sixth place and Millennium Falcons (4-1, 447.04 points) remains in second place.

  • Life, like Fantasy Football, is full of wins and losses. The Toyota Hall of Fame, however, is pretty much only full of wins.
  • Amari Cooper has now underachieved in four straight games after scoring a matchup-low 0.53 points against a projected 6.77.
  • Millennium Falcons had a better day at the QB position, topping Forte Shades of Jay 35.26 – 11.52.
  • The RBs on Forte Shades of Jay let them down, getting outgunned by the RBs on Millennium Falcons 32.07 – 12.87.
  • The 1.57 points scored by Carlos Hyde was a season-low for both scoring and for his performance against projections. He reached only 13.9% of his 11.28 projected points this week.

ChrisChristiesNachos benefited from 31.37 points from Melvin Gordon and 26.82 from Philip Rivers, bulldozing Georgia Bullies 109.83 to 63.65. Georgia Bullies has had some misfortune after losing their third in a row. Following a 127.72 to 109.33 loss against Syracuse Express, Georgia Bullies saw their scoring drop substantially this week. ChrisChristiesNachos (3-2, 503.19 points) remains in third place while Georgia Bullies (1-4, 446.95 points) stays down in seventh place.

  • Should have started Jameis Winston, who underachieved, but still outscored the starting QB with 16.46 against a projected 21.60.
  • The Houston Texans Defense was last in the league in scoring and had a season-low -2.00 points.
  • 8 of the 10 starters scored less than their projected points.
  • A heated blanket would be a great gift for Jay Ajayi during this cold streak. He scored below his projection in three straight games after scoring 4.83 points against a projected 10.33 this week.

Rock Crushers Narrowly Defeats Syracuse Express to Capture Fifth Place

Rock Crushers left it all on the field in this one and registered the highest point total this week, stealing one from Syracuse Express 136.10 to 132.01. This one just as easily could have been decided by a coin flip. The 4.09-point margin of victory was the smallest in the league this season. Deshaun Watson lit up the scoreboard, posting the second-highest score this season with 42.54 points for Syracuse Express. Rock Crushers (2-3, 519.75 points) climbs into fifth place while Syracuse Express (4-1, 662.79 points) stays in first place.
